【摘要】目的确定该建设项目在职业病防治方面的可行性，为该建设项目的设计提供必要的职业病危害防护对策和建议。方法采用类比法和检查表法结合实际工作经验进行综合评价。结果本项目存在的职业病危害因素有：氢氧化钠、盐酸、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、一氧化氮、二氧化氮、噪声等。本建设项目选址符合卫生学要求；总平面布局、各装置区平面布局以及生产设备布局基本合理；生产工艺在保证生产的前提下充分考虑了职业病危害控制的要求；项目投产后可能存在的职业病危害因素通过加强设计阶段的技术措施和运行阶段的管理措施以及工人的个体防护等综合措施能够达到卫生标准的要求。结论经本职业病危害预评价报告的综合分析，本项目在落实控制职业病危害的分析评价意见和补充措施后，拟建项目在职业病危害控制方面是可行的。
