【摘要】目的：探讨膝关节骨折损伤手术治疗。方法：膝部损伤：胫骨平台、股骨髁骨折伴交叉韧带、半月板、侧副韧带损伤病人42例手术治疗。结果：36例获随访，按HSS评分标准1：优19例，良11例，可4例，差2例。结论：膝关节骨折损伤，良好解剖复位，有效﹑稳定内固定，修复韧带损伤，恢复关节结构稳定，早期非负重功能锻炼，最大程度恢复关节功能。

    Analysis on the Surgical Treatment of Knee Joint Fracture Injury

    【Abstract】Objective To explore the surgical treatment of knee joint fracture injury. Methods42 tibia condylis and femora condyle fracture patients with cruciate ligament menisus and tibial collateral ligament injury after surgery were analyzed.
