【摘要】目的 探讨重型颅脑损伤病人下肢并发下肢深静脉血栓的病因、预防和治疗。 方法 总结6例重型颅脑损伤并发下肢深静脉血栓病人的治疗及预后。 结果本组病例经抬高患肢，应用抗凝及抗血小板聚集药物合并硫酸镁湿敷治疗均治愈。结论 重型颅脑损伤病人并发下肢深静脉血栓是可防可治的。

    【Abstract】Objective To explore the Causes,、Prevention and Treatment of severe head injury with lower extremity deep vein thrombosis. Methods Summarized 6 cases teatment of severe head injury with lower extremity deep vein thrombosis.Results This group of patients were raise wounded limb, application of anticoagulant and antiplatelet drugs in combination therapy were cured of magnesium sulfate wet compress.
