【摘要】 目的：研究一枝黄花总皂苷对家兔心脏、血压的作用。方法：麻醉兔进行试验测定其心输出量(CO)、颈动脉压(BP)、颈动脉平均压(MAP)、左心室收缩压(LVSP)和左心室舒张末压(LVEDP)。结果：一枝黄花总皂苷的三个剂量组对血压均有明显降低作用(P均<0.05)，高剂量组降压效应强于中剂量组和低剂量组，作用发生快，约1min后血压开始回升，5min后血压接近给药前水平。与生理盐水组比较，一枝黄花总皂苷对心率有显著抑制作用( P<0.05) ，且随着剂量的增加，抑制效果加强；一枝黄花总皂苷对家兔CO、MAP、LVSP 均显著降低作用( P均< 0.05) ；而对LVEDP明显升高( P<0.05)，且随着剂量的增加，效果依次加强。结论：一枝黄花总皂苷具有明显的降压作用和抑制心功能的作用。

The Effect of Solidago Saponin on the Heart and Blood Pessure in Rabbits

【Abstract】Objective: To study the effect of Solidago saponin on the heart and blood pessure in rabbits. Methods: It was tested that the cardiac output(CO), carotid arterial pressure(BP), carotid artery mean pressure(MAP), left ventricular systolic pressure(LVSP) and left ventricular end diastolic pressure(LVEDP) on the anesthetized rabbits.Results:The BP of three doses of Solidago saponins were significantly lower (P<0.05),and the role of lowing BP of high dose group was stronger than the middle dose and low dose group.Solidago saponins has a rapid onset and short duration just for 5min.Compared with the saline group, Solidago saponins could significantly inhibited heart rate (P<0.05),and had a dose-effect relationship.Solidago saponins could significantly lower CO, MAP, LVSP (P<0.05)，while LVEDP was significantly higher (P<0.05), and with the dose increased, the effect was strengthened.Conclusion:Solidago saponins had obvious hypotensive effect and inhibition of cardiac function.

一枝黄花(Solidago decurren )，又名野黄菊、山边半枝香、洒金花等，为菊科植物。主要生长于我国的华东、中南、西南及陕西、台湾等地。一枝黄花的化学成分为全草含香云甙、紫云英苷、一枝黄花英甙,根含少量挥发油及皂甙、烟酸等。药材性平,味微苦，具有抗菌消炎和疏风清热、消肿除痛的功效，主要用于治疗风热感冒头痛(风寒忌),扁桃体炎、支气管炎、急慢性肾炎、小儿疳积、外用治疗跌打损伤、鹅掌风、毒蛇咬伤等[1、2]，现代药理学表明，一枝黄花具有抗菌、利尿、祛痰平喘等作用，近年的研究还发现一枝黄花除了具有降低高血压的作用外，还对胃黏膜的保护及促进肠平滑肌运动起作用。本文通过研究一枝黄花对心脏、血压的作用，努力探讨它的生理机制，并为它能否应用于临床提供依据。
1药品
1.1实验动物
普通级新西兰兔，40只，体重2. 0~ 2. 5 kg，雌雄各半，由医学院实验动物中心提供，合格证号：2009A027。

多普勒血流测定仪由美国ATL公司生产，心肺监护仪由德国西门子公司生产。
