【摘要】目的：观察中西医结合法治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法：选择2009年3～2010年9月我院耳鼻喉科收治的慢性鼻窦炎患者124例，随机分成2组，对照组和观察组各62例。对照组患者给予阿莫西林胶囊口服，0.5g/次，3次/d；替硝唑片口服，0.5g/次，2次/d；呋麻滴鼻液滴鼻，1～3滴/次，3次/d。观察组患者在对照组的治疗基础上加服自拟鼻渊汤，1剂/d。两组患者均以10d为一个疗程，连续治疗2个疗程，观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果：对照组患者中显效22例，有效28例，无效12例，总有效率80.65%；观察组患者中显效25例，有效31例，无效6例，总有效率90.32%。两组患者总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论：采用中西医结合法治疗慢性鼻窦炎，可以取得较为理想的治疗效果，值得临床推广应用。

【Abstract】Objective Integrative Medicine Clinical treatment of chronic sinusitis patients. Methods 2009 3 September 2010 in our hospital ENT patients with chronic sinusitis were treated 124 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups, control group and observation group 62 cases. The control group were treated with oral amoxicillin, 0.5g / time, 3 times / d; tinidazole tablet, 0.5g / time, 2 times / d; furosemide Ma intranasal nasal drops, 1 to 3 drops / times , 3 times / d. The patients in the control group treatment services on the basis of self nasosinusitis add soup, 1 / d. 10d are two groups of patients for a course of treatment, continuous treatment of 2 courses, the clinical efficacy were observed. Results Patients in the control group, 22 cases markedly effective in 28 cases, 12 cases, total effective rate 80.65%; The patients in the 25 cases markedly effective in 31 cases, 6 cases, total effective rate 90.32%. The total effective rate between two groups of patients, the difference was statistically significant (p <0.05). Conclusion Treatment of Integrated Traditional and Western chronic sinusitis, can obtain a more desired therapeutic effect, is worthy of clinical application.

慢性鼻窦炎是耳鼻喉科临床常见病之一，具有治疗效果不佳、病程反复、迁延难愈、愈后复发率高等特点[1]。我院采用中西医结合法治疗慢性鼻窦炎患者124例，取得了较为理想的治疗效果，现将结果报道如下：
1资料与方法
1.1一般资料
选择2009年3～2010年9月我院耳鼻喉科收治的124例慢性鼻窦炎患者，年龄19～61岁，平均年龄(41.2±15.9)；男性73例，女性51例；病程6个月～16年。全部患者均有不同程度的鼻塞、脓涕、嗅觉减退、鼻粘膜充血、鼻腔脓性分泌物等症状，常伴有头痛，X线片提示一侧或双侧鼻窦密度增高、混浊或积液。全部患者入院后均经详细的病史询问、体格检查、影像学检查等确诊为慢性鼻窦炎 ......
