【摘要】目的：探讨动脉内溶栓治疗脑梗死的疗效及临床护理措施。方法：对36例脑梗死患者应用动脉内溶栓进行治疗，配合术前、术中、术后的护理，观察治疗效果及病情变化。结果：阻塞血管再通或部分再通率为85. 71%。结论：治疗期间适宜的护理方法能减轻患者的思想负担，树立治疗信心，提高治疗效果。

    Intra-arterial thrombolysis for acute care of patients with cerebral infarction

    【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the intra-arterial thrombolysis in cerebral infarction and the clinical care measures. Method: 36 patients with cerebral infarction patients with intra-arterial thrombolysis for treatment, with preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative care, observation and treatment effects and changes in condition. Results: Blocking or partial recanalization recanalization rate was 85.71 percent. Conclusion: The appropriate methods of care during treatment of patients thought to reduce the burden of establishing confidence in treatment and improve treatment.
