补佳乐联合米索前列醇对绝经后妇女宫内节育器取出中的作用(1)

【摘要】目的：探讨补佳乐联合米索前列醇对绝经后妇女取节育器的临床效果。方法：随机选取2008年1月-2010年10月我院妇产科门诊就诊中绝经后要求取节育器的妇女150例，并随机分两组：研究组75例服补佳乐每日1mg连续5日后行取器术，并于术前2h阴道后穹窿放置米索前列醇400ug，对照组75例为不服用任何药物直接取节育器者。结果：在宫颈扩张程度，术中综合反应程度，取节育器时间，取节育器效果方面，研究组均优于对照组两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论：补佳乐联合米索前列醇用于妇女绝经后取节育器术成功率高，患者痛苦小，值得临床推广和应用。

【Abstract】Objective to investigate the clinic effects on the postmenopausal women removed intrauterine device (IUD) with the Progynova and Misoprostol Methods 150 cases of post-menopausal women implementated removal of IUD in obstetrics and gynecology clinic from 2008.1-2010.10 were randomly divided into two groups: study group(n=75)(every patient took progynova after 5 days of consecutive daily taking 1mg and placed 400ug misoprostol in vaginal fornix in 2h before operation), control group (n=75)( 75 of cases had not taken any medication before removal of IUD Results the study group had more significantly different than the control group (P <0.05) as regard to the cervical dilatation, the degree of intraoperative comprehensive response, the operation time and effect of the removal of IUD ConclusionIt is worthy of promotion and application to those postmenopausal women removed intrauterine device with the use of Progynova and misoprostol due to their high success rate and little pain

宫内节育器是一种安全、有效、简便、经济、可逆的避孕工具，为我国育龄妇女的主要避孕措施，目前约70%妇女选用IUD作为避孕方法[1]。绝经后的妇女特别是绝经时间长者，由于雌激素水平下降，卵巢功能衰退，宫体萎缩，宫腔变小，宫颈组织弹性差，所以采用什么方法取器，成为临床上关注的问题。我院自2008年1月至2010年10月，对补佳乐联合米索前列醇用于绝经后妇女取节育器取得满意效果，现对应用报道如下：
1资料与方法
1.1一般资料2008年1月-2010年10月到本院门诊行取节育器术的绝经后妇女150例，年龄44-65岁，平均年龄56岁；绝经时间1-15年，平均3.1年；放置节育器时间14-31年，平均21.3年；均为金属环，均无手术禁忌症，无服用补佳乐、米索前列醇禁忌症，随机分为研究组与对照各75例，两组在年龄、绝经时间、放节育器时间、一般身体状况和营养方面比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)，见表1。
