【摘 要】 开放感染创面是指处于开放状态且合并细菌感染的一类创面，此类创面一般愈合时间漫长。中药外用促进此类创面愈合的机理表现在抗感染、促进肉芽组织生长以及上皮细胞增殖方面。中药外用是促进此类创面愈合的有效方法之一。
