摘要：本文选取入住我院的220例新生儿并将其分为两组进行护理对比观察。发现观察组新生儿的各项临床指标均优于对照组，同时护理满意率高于对照组，得出在新生儿护理中实施鸟巢式护理模式优于传统式护理。

    Abstract：In this paper， 220 newborns admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into two groups for nursing comparison observation. It was found that the clinical indicators of the neonates in the observation group were superior to the control group，and the nursing satisfaction rate was higher than that of the control group. It was concluded that the implementation of the nest-based nursing mode in neonatal care was superior to the traditional one.
