摘要：将对新生儿实施细节管理之前和之后的护理质量进行对比，进而分析新生儿护理中实行细节管理的意义。分别选择100例和103例新生儿作为对照组和干预组进行传统方式护理和细节管理护理，然后比较两组新生儿的多方面护理质量。结果发现，干预组的新生儿护理质量明显高于对照组新生儿护理质量。说明细节管理在新生儿护理中有着重要意义。
