摘要：目的：研究糖尿病患者的伤口换药护理，帮助患者尽快康复。方法：选取入我院治疗的40例糖尿病患者，包括糖尿病足等有伤口护理的患者，将这40里患者分为对照组和实验组，每组患者的各20例，对其伤口换药的护理方法进行探讨并记录护理效果。对对照组患者实施常规护理，对实验组患者实施伤口换药综合护理，对比两组患者并发症及伤口感染情况。结果：实验组20例患者明显伤口护理效果较好，切不良反应发生率较低，治疗效果较明显，两组患差异具有统计学意义，P<0.05。結论：虽然糖尿病患者相对较难医治，但通过细心有效的护理后可以明显有助于患者的治疗，加快伤口痊愈，值得加大对糖尿病患者伤口换药护理的研究与重视。
