    摘要：目的：研究手术切口感染和手术室护理管理之间的关系以及防范措施。方法将本院自2019年3月～2020年3月收治的62例行手术治疗的患者当作研究对象，根据电脑随机方式将其分为两组，每组31例。给予参照组常规手术室护理管理，给予实验组针对性手术室护理管理，对比两组患者手术切口感染发生情况。结果实验组发生率为3.23%，明显低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论手术切口感染和是否无菌操作等有着较大的联系，需要将原因进行分析，使用针对性的手术室护理管理方式进行有效地预防，降低手术切口感染的发生率，确保患者的安全，值得推广和应用。
