    摘要：目的：对心内科护理过程中的安全影响因素进行分析并解决。方法：为了改善当前心血管内科护理中的不安全因素，研究将本院在2019年1月至2020年1月期间心血管内科收治的78例患者纳入到本次实验中，将患者根据入院顺序分为对照组观察组各39例，研究中分别采用常规护理和针对性防范措施。结果：研究表明，对心血管内科护理中不安全因素采取针对性的防范护理措施后护理满意度明显更加优质(P<0.05);其次观察组的不良事件发生几率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：在心血管内科中需要定期對不安全因素进行分析，并针对不安全因素采取针对性的防范对策，从而降低心血管内科护理的护理风险，确保患者生命安全，有临床推广意义。
