鼻内镜下低温等离子射频切除儿童腺样体肥大

     [摘要] 目的 探讨鼻内镜下低温等离子射频切除儿童腺样体肥大的疗效。方法 回顾性分析2008年6月～2009年12月诊治的80例儿童腺样体肥大患者的临床资料，全部患者均在鼻内镜下实施低温等离子射频切除术，术后观察疗效。结果 所有患者腺样体均完整切除，术中出血量为1～10mL，平均约4.5mL， 术后无出血及鼻咽粘连、分泌性性中耳炎等并发症，患者痛苦小，恢复快。随访6个月～1.5年，患者鼻窦炎、睡眠阻塞、中耳炎等明显好转，电子鼻咽镜检查无腺样体增生和残留。结论 鼻内镜下低温等离子射频切除儿童肥大腺样体，具有安全、出血极少、易操作、疗效好等优点，在临床上是治疗儿童腺样体肥大的一种有效方法，值得推广。

    Endoscopic Low-temperature Radiofrequency Resection for Children Adenoid Hypertrophy

    [Abstract] ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of endoscopic surgery using the low-temperature radiofrequency resection for children adenoid hypertrophy. Methods 80 patients treated between June 2008 and December 2009 under endoscopic surgery using the low-temperature plasma radiofrequency were retrospectively studied.
