分娩镇痛中转剖宫产的观察研究

[摘要] 目的 探讨阴道试产失败病例与分娩镇痛的实施是否有相关性。方法 选择阴道试产病例中分娩镇痛的403例，中转剖宫产的49例，与同期未实施分娩镇痛患者366例，其中中转患者47例，究其原因进行对比研究。结果 两组病例中转剖宫产的原因前三位均为活跃期停滞、胎儿宫内窘迫、第二产程胎先露下降停滞，中转率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 分娩镇痛不是引起阴道试产失败的原因。
