二维超声应用于甲状腺肿块的临床诊断

[摘要] 目的 探讨二维超声对甲状腺肿块临床诊断的符合率，为治疗提供依据。方法 将经手术和(或)超声引导下穿刺活检并经病理诊断或细胞学检查结果确诊的240例患者做为本次研究对象，采用ATLHDI 5000，探头频率10MHz彩色超声诊断仪进行检查，并对甲状腺肿块的形态、边界、包膜、内部回声进行观察、记录、分析。结果 不同类型甲状腺肿块的诊断符合率为90.9%。结论 二维超声对甲状腺肿块性质鉴别具有相当重要的作用，对临床治疗起到积极的指导作用。
