胃癌术后胰岛素抵抗的临床分析(1)

     [摘要] 目的 观察62例胃癌手术病例术后胰岛素抵抗的变化情况。方法 对2007年8月~ 2010年6月62例胃癌手术患者采用Quicki法测定手术后胰岛素敏感性，观察术后不同时间患者胰岛素抵抗的变化情况，并绘制胃癌术后胰岛素抵抗的时间曲线图。结果 依据胃癌术后胰岛素敏感性的变化绘得胃癌术后胰岛素抵抗的时间曲线图。结论 胃癌术后胰岛素抵抗于手术后即已存在，并于24 h达到高峰，随时间推移及患者恢复逐渐下降。
