[摘要] 目的 观察有创机械通气治疗中、重度急性有机磷农药中毒所致呼吸衰竭的疗效。 方法 气管切开或气管插管机械通气，多为间歇正压通气。 结果 有效22例，并发症6例。 结论 有创机械通气是治疗中、重度急性有机磷农药中毒所致呼吸衰竭的有效方法之一。

    Invasive mechanical ventilation in the treatment of 24 cases with acute organophosphate pesticide poisoning

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of invasive mechanical ventilation in the treatment of respiratory failure of moderate and severe acute organophosphate pesticide poisoning. Methods The patients were treated with tracheotomy or tracheal intubation.Most of them were applied for intermittent positive pressure ventilation. Results 22 of 24 patients were cured. And 6 of them had complications. Conclusion Invasive mechanical ventilation is an effective way in the treatment of moderate and severe acute organophosphate pesticide poisoning. ......
