[摘要] 目的 探讨风湿性心脏病的特点和死因。方法 对56例风湿性心脏病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 侵害二尖瓣的比例最高为85.8%，死亡率为30.4%，多瓣同时受累患者的死亡率最高；心力衰竭引起的死亡率最高为64.7%。结论 风湿性心脏病最主要侵害二尖瓣；多瓣同时受累患者的死亡率最高；心力衰竭是引起风湿性心脏病患者死亡的最主要原因。
