老年恶性肿瘤放/化疗患者院内感染相关因素分析

[摘要] 目的 通过分析老年肿瘤进行放/化疗合并医院感染的患者临床资料的分析，探讨此类患者医院感染的相关因素。方法 对2010年6月～2011年6月在笔者所在医院进行放/化疗合并院内感染的老年肿瘤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 老年恶性肿瘤患者发生院内感染者45例，感染率为6.9%。主要以呼吸系统感染为主，其次为消化系统感染。男性和女性感染的发生率无差异，年龄>70岁，住院时间>30 d，白细胞计数<1.5×109/L，使用免疫抑制剂和抗生素的患者更易发生院内感染。 结论 通过对老年恶性肿瘤放/化疗的患者合并院内感染的相关因素进行分析，能够为临床预防与治疗提供依据。
