ROU患者外周血中精氨酸酶含量的表达与其严重性的相关性研究

[摘要] 目的 通过观察复发性口腔溃疡患者外周血精氨酸酶含量的变化，探讨复发性口腔溃疡发病的相关因素。 方法选择复发性口腔溃疡患者作为实验组，健康者人作为对照组，收集新鲜外周血，采用酶联免疫吸附法测定各组精氨酸酶含量。 结果 实验组患者血浆精氨酸酶含量显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，并且精氨酸酶的含量与溃疡的严重程度成正相关(r=0.99，P<0.05)。 结论 复发性口腔溃疡患者外周血精氨酸酶含量表达异常，可能在ROU的发生发展中发挥了一定的作用。
