[摘要] 目的 评价乌体林斯治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效及不良反应。 方法 对68例恶性胸腔积液的患者，经胸腔引流术排尽胸腔积液后，应用乌体林斯注射液(17.2µg)行胸腔内注射。 结果 总有效率为76.5%(52/68)，不良反应少，患者生活质量得到明显改善。 结论 乌体林斯治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效确切，能明显改善患者的生活质量。
