[摘要] 目的 探究抗菌药物在实施指标监控限制性使用下的临床疗效。方法 选取2010年3月～2011年9月住院患者行前瞻性监测，分解抗菌药物使用指标至各个科室。结果 经指标监控限制性使用抗菌药物后，抗菌药物使用下降8.07%；合理用药率上升6.51%；联合用药率下降6.53%。结论 在对抗菌药物积极实施指标监控及限制性使用后降低抗菌药物使用率，并提高合理用药率，可控制耐药菌株出现及院感发生率。
