[摘要] 目的 观察可比特雾化液联合普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎的临床疗效。方法 选取2008年7月~2011年7月笔者所在医院儿科收治的毛细支气管炎患儿158例，随机分为治疗组80例，对照组78例，两组患儿均采用相同的综合性治疗，如抗感染、止咳、平喘、维持水电解质平衡、支持疗法等治疗。治疗组在上述综合治疗基础上加用可比特雾化液联合普米克令舒雾化吸入。 结果 治疗组治愈率、症状消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间及住院时间均明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 可比特雾化液联合普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎疗效明显。

[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of salbutamol and ipratropium bromide and pulmicort respules by nebulized inhalation in treatment of infants with capillary bronchiolitis.Methods A total of 158 children with capillary bronchiolitis were randomly divided into treatment group (n=80) and controls (n=78).The treatment group received additional nebulized-inhalation of salbutamol and ipratropium bromide and pulmicort respules on the basis of comprehensive therapy,and the two groups were compared regarding the symptoms,duration of the signs withdrawal and recovery rate by statistics ......
