丹参川芎嗪联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效分析

[摘要] 目的 探讨丹参川芎嗪联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。 方法 将76例患者随机分为两组，分别采用丹参川芎嗪联合甲钴胺和单纯甲钴胺进行治疗，对两组治疗效果和神经传导速度进行比较。 结果 观察组总有效率为89.5%，对照组的总有效率为65.8%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组治疗后神经传导速度显著优于治疗前和对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 丹参川芎嗪联合甲钻胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变有显著的治疗效果，值得临床推广应用。
