环孢素胶囊联合司坦唑醇片治疗30例慢性再生障碍性贫血的疗效评价

[摘要] 目的 探讨环孢素胶囊联合司坦唑醇片治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血的疗效。 方法 30例慢性再生障碍性贫血患者，分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予司坦唑醇片治疗；观察组采用环孢素胶囊联合司坦唑醇片治疗。 结果 观察组总有效率为86.67%，高于对照组的63.33%，差异有统计学意义 (P<0.05)。 结论 环孢素胶囊联合司坦唑醇片治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血患者疗效可靠。
