正交实验法优选青皮的醇提工艺(1)

[摘要] 目的 优选青皮的最佳醇提工艺。 方法 以橙皮苷为标样，采用HPLC归一化法测定出的总黄酮提取率为考察指标，先比较不同浓度的乙醇对青皮的提取效果，然后采用L9(34) 正交试验法，考察乙醇用量、提取时间及提取次数对提取效果的影响。 结果 60%乙醇的提取效果最好，提取次数对考察指标具有显著性影响。 结论 青皮的最佳醇提工艺为加8倍药材量的60%乙醇，加热回流提取3次，每次1.0 h。
