[摘要] 目的 比较开塞露、石蜡油和肥皂液3种灌肠方法在老年便秘患者中的应用效果。 方法 回顾性分析2009年1月~2010年12月灌肠的120例老年患者的临床资料，对比3种灌肠方法的通便效果和不良反应情况。 结果 开塞露灌肠的通便总有效率、舒适度和清洁度最高，无不良反应发生。 结论 开塞露灌肠治疗老年便秘患者效果好，值得临床推广应用。
