[摘要] 目的 研究全身热化疗治疗癌性疼痛的疗效。 方法 对31例有癌性疼痛的患者行热化疗，治疗结束后1周及4周进行疗效评价。 结果 31例患者中治疗后1周及4周分别有28例和25例癌痛有不同程度缓解。 结论 全身热化疗是控制癌痛的一种安全有效的新方法。
