     [摘要] 目的 优化复方桑黄颗粒的提取工艺。方法 以正交试验表对复方桑黄颗粒中总黄酮成分醇提工艺的影响因素进行考察，优选工艺条件。 结果 优选提取工艺为20倍量的70%乙醇，回流提取3次，总黄酮提取率为30.29%，出膏率为10.39%。 结论 该提取工艺条件稳定，重现性好，可为复方桑黄颗粒的大生产提供参考依据。
