[摘要] 目的 调查了解区内女中学生的贫血状况，制定有效的预防措施。 方法 统计2008～2010年区内5所中学的1 180名女中学生体检的血常规检查资料，了解分析其贫血状况。 结果 1 180名女中学生中的贫血人数是145人，发病率为12.29%，其中轻度贫血占贫血人数的82.76%，中度贫血占贫血人数的16.55%，重度贫血占贫血人数的0.69%。在贫血原因中，缺铁导致的占89.66%，缺乏维生素B12和叶酸的占9.66%。 结论 区内女中学生的贫血状况较为严重，应对女中学生加强饮食观念的教育，改善女中学生贫血状况。
