     MBC发病率低，发病时病期多较晚，目前大规模，多中心，前瞻性相关的报道较少。根治手术为主，辅以放疗、化疗及内分泌治疗的综合治疗是目前可手术男性乳腺癌治疗的有效手段。早发现及早诊治是提高MBC生存率的关键。
