中西医结合治疗结核性胸膜炎胸水疗效观察(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探讨结核性胸膜炎胸水的中西药结合快速疗法。 方法 选取2010年1月～2013年1月新寺医院中医内科门诊治疗的结核性胸膜炎胸水患者56例，分为两组，治疗组采用中西医结合治疗，对照组用常规四联疗法。 结果 治疗组总有效率为96.4%，对照组为75.0%，2组比较，差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。 结论 中西医结合对结核性胸膜炎胸水有良效，值得临床重视。
