[摘要] 目的 探讨颅骨修补术后钛网外露的原因及治疗方式。 方法 通过对1例罕见的颅骨修补术后大面积钛网外露患者的病情发展演变及治疗措施的分析、讨论。 结果 颅骨修补术后感染经抗感染、修整钛网、换药等常规治疗措施并不能达到治疗目的，经手术移除钛网后感染控制，伤口愈合。 结论 颅骨修补钛网外露后应早期及时取出钛网，避免进一步伤害。
