42例小儿水痘护理体会(1)

[摘要] 目的 探讨小儿水痘的护理方法。方法 隔离患儿，并给予炉甘石洗剂及阿昔洛韦软膏外用，皮肤瘙痒明显者可口服抗组胺药。包括：一般护理、隔离护理、发热护理、皮肤与水疱护理、饮食护理、心理护理，并密切观察病情变化，以防并发症的发生。结果 42例患儿治疗7d后痊愈23例，痊愈率为54.76%，总有效33例，总有效率78.75%，治疗14d后痊愈37例，痊愈率为88.1%，总有效率42例，总有效率为100.00%。皮疹面愈合良好，无瘢痕形成。结论 多种细心护理措施和炉甘石洗剂及阿昔洛韦软膏外用，疗效好，副作用较少，是治疗小儿水痘的较好方法之一。
