[摘要] 目的 观察卵巢癌根治术前后患者血清人附睾上皮分泌蛋白4(HE4)、糖类抗原125(CA125)的动态变化，探讨其临床意义。结论 血清HE4、CA125联合检测可以作为卵巢癌早期筛查、手术疗效评价和复发监测的重要手段。
