[摘要] 目的 探讨中药足浴对糖尿病足的疗效。 方法 将60例糖尿病足患者随机分为对照组和观察组，各30例。对照组给予常规治疗及护理，观察组在常规治疗基础上给予自拟中药足浴方足浴，对照组给予温水足浴，比较两组疗效。 结果 观察组总有效率为86.66%，高于对照组的46.66%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 中药足浴治疗糖尿病足操作方便、安全、舒适、有效。
