经尿道超脉冲等离子体双极电切治疗浅表膀胱肿瘤60例(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨经尿道超脉冲等离子体双极电切治疗浅表膀胱肿瘤的临床效果。 方法 选取我院2012年1月～2013年12月收治的60例浅表性膀胱肿瘤患者作为研究对象，所有患者均行经尿道超脉冲等离子体双极电切治疗，就所有患者临床诊治资料进行了回顾性分析，着重总结经尿道超脉冲等离子体双极电切治疗浅表膀胱肿瘤的临床效果。 结果 60例患者经尿道超脉冲等离子体双极电切术均一次性实施成功，手术实施用时为15～60min，平均用时为(30.0±5.0)min。术中6例(10.0%)患者发生闭孔神经反射，其中2例患者并发膀胱腹膜外穿孔损伤，处理后愈合。60例患者术后并未发生大出血、电切综合征及尿道狭窄等并发症，无肿瘤残余。随访2年6例患者肿瘤复发，复发率为10.0%。 结论 经尿道超脉冲等离子体双极电切治疗浅表膀胱肿瘤具有极为显著的临床疗效，治疗后并发症较少，安全性较高，可推广应用。

An analysis of transurethral ultra-pulsed bipolar plasmakinetic resection in the treatment of 60 cases of superficial bladder tumor

[Abstract] Objective To analyse the clinical effect of transurethral ultra-pulsed bipolar plasmakinetic resection in the treatment of superficial bladder tumor. Methods 60 patients with superficial bladder tumor who were admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to December 2013 were selected as research subjects. All patients received transurethral ultra-pulsed bipolar plasmakinetic resection. Clinical data of all patients were analysed retrospectively， and the clinical effect of transurethral ultra-pulsed bipolar plasmakinetic resection in the treatment of superficial bladder tumor was focused. Results The transurethral ultra-pulsed bipolar plasmakinetic resection was successful at the first time in 60 patients， and the surgery lasted for 15-60min with the average of (30.0±5.0)min. 6 patients (10.0%) showed obturator nerve reflex during the surgery， among whom 2 patients were also complicated with perforation outside the bladder and peritoneum， and the wound healed after proper handling. Complications such as postoperative hemorrhea， transurethral resection syndrome and urethrostenosis were not detected in the 60 patients， and no residual tumor was detected. During the 2-year follow-up， 6 patients showed relapse of tumor， and the relapse rate was 10.0%. Conclusion The transurethral ultra-pulsed bipolar plasmakinetic resection in the treatment of superficial bladder tumor has a significant clinical effect with less complications and high safety， which is worthy of promotion and application.
