[摘要] 目的 探索不同管理模式对佛山南海社区2型糖尿病患者遵医行为的影响。 方法 对南海3个社区的82例2型糖尿病患者分别采用自我管理模式和分层分级管理模式进行糖尿病管理，比较两组患者在干预结束后6个月其遵医行为。 结果 采用自我管理模式患者的遵医行为明显优于分层分级管理模式。 结论 社区开展短期的自我管理课程和提供的后续支持，可以强化患者的疾病知识和提高患者的自我管理行为，改善患者的控制指标状况和优化生活质量。
