[摘要] 目的 探讨护理干预在肺结核患者治疗过程中的经济效益。 方法 采用随机抽选方法，选取2014年3月～8月来本院就诊100例初治活动性肺结核患者，随机分为干预组和对照组。对照组按《中国结核病防治规划实施工作指南(2008年版)》(下简称《指南》)要求常规进行健康促进，干预组分别进行护理干预，比较两组患者的治愈时间，初治失败率及治愈费用。 结果 护理干预后患者的治愈时间，初治失败率及治愈费用均明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 良好的护理将有助于提高患者疾病治疗效果，减少治愈时间，降低治愈失败率及减少总体治疗费用。
