[摘要] 目的 对老年患者急性胆囊炎手术治疗的临床效果进行观察和分析。 方法 选取2014年1月～2015年1月于我院收治的55例采取手术治疗的急性胆囊炎老年患者作为观察对象，将其随机分为观察组25例，对照组30例。其中观察组患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除手术，对照组行开腹胆囊切除手术，对两组患者在不同手术方式下的手术时间、住院时间及恢复情况进行比较分析。 结果 行腹腔镜胆囊切除手术的观察组患者在手术时间、住院时间、出血量、疼痛缓解及恢复情况等方面均优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者术后并发症发生率(8.00%)相较于对照组(30.00%)差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 老年患者急性胆囊炎行腹腔镜胆囊切除手术相较于传统开腹胆囊切除术临床效果更优，更加安全、可靠，能够有效改善患者的生存质量及预后，具有临床推广价值。

    [Abstract] Objective To observe and analyze clinical curative effect of surgical treatment of acute cholecystitis in elderly patients.
