类风湿性关节炎寒湿痹温经散寒通络汤联合针灸治疗的临床分析(1)
[摘要] 目的 分析类风湿性关节炎寒湿痹温经散寒通络汤联合针灸治疗的临床效果。方法 收取我院120例类风湿性关节炎寒湿痹患者，收取时间在2015年2月～2016年3月，并将患者按照不同方式分为两组，对照组患者实施西药治疗，观察组患者实施温经散寒通络汤联合针灸治疗。结果 观察组患者治疗后住院时间(10.27±1.26)d、痊愈时间(8.21±1.24)d、临床症状消失时间(5.27±1.48)d优于对照组(P<0.05)，观察组类风湿性关节炎寒湿痹患者治疗后总有效率、晨僵持续时间(12.01±1.27)min、关节肿胀数(3.01±0.25)个优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 类风湿性关节炎寒湿痹患者采用温经散寒通络汤联合针灸治疗具有显著的临床效果。

Clinical analysis on warm meridians to disperse Cold and Dredge Collaterals decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with cold dampness syndromes

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical effect of warm meridians to disperse cold and dredge collaterals decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with cold dampness syndromes. Methods 120 rheumatoid arthritis patients with cold dampness syndromes who were admitted to our hospital from February 2015 until March 2016 were selected and they were divided into two groups according to different methods. The control group was given western medicine for treatment while the h observation group was given warm meridians to disperse cold and dredge collaterals decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion. Results Hospitalization stay after treatment， cure time and disappearing time of clinical symptoms of patients in the observation group were respectively (10.27 ± 1.26) days， (8.21 ± 1.24) days and (5.27 ± 1.48) days， better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Total effective rate after treatment， time of morning stiffness (12.01 ± 1.27) min and number of joint swelling (3.01 ± 0.25) of rheumatoid arthritis patients with cold dampness syndromes were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion warm meridians to disperse cold and dredge collaterals decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with cold dampness syndromes has a significant clinical effect.

類风湿关节炎为一种以炎性滑膜炎为主的临床疾病，在临床中较为常见且多发，其主要临床表现为关节功能下降、肿胀、疼痛等，具有病变反复发作等特点，多数患者常伴有关节外器官受累情况，易引起功能丧失和关节畸形。该疾病的发病因素和性激素、感染、遗传等因素密切相关，若未及时进行治疗，易导致患者类风湿关节炎疾病恶化[1-2]，因此，我院对类风湿性关节炎寒湿痹温经散寒通络汤联合针灸治疗的临床效果进行分析，现报道如下。, http://www.100md.com(余冬冬)
