[摘要] 目的 研究食管癌老年患者采用三维适形放疗联合替吉奥同步化疗的临床效果。 方法 临床纳入48例我院2015年10月～2016年12月期间收治的老年食管癌患者作为研究对象，按随机排列表法分为两组各24例。其中24例患者单纯采用三维适形放疗进行治疗作为放疗组；另24例患者在上述基础上联合替吉奥同步化疗治疗作为联合组。观察两组患者治疗效果及不良反应情况。 结果 联合组总有效率高达87.50%，明显高于化疗组的70.83%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组与化疗组不良反应发生率均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。 结论 替吉奥联合三维适形放疗进行同步放化疗治疗效果较好，明显提高治疗效果，降低不良反应和药物毒性，值得临床应用及推广。
