[摘要] 目的 探索护理干预对小儿腹型过敏性紫癜的临床疗效。方法 选取2016年1～12月期间我院收治的30例腹型过敏性紫癜患儿，将患儿动态随机化分为两组，两组患儿各有15例，对照组和观察组分别采用传统护理干预和全面性护理干预。结果 观察组患者紫癜持续时间、感染率、腹痛持续时间、疼痛率、临床症状改善时间、住院时间、复发率均优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论 护理干预在腹型过敏性紫癜患儿中效果显著。
