他莫昔芬联合托瑞米芬对晚期乳腺癌近期生活质量的影响(1)
[摘要] 目的 探討他莫昔芬联合托瑞米芬对晚期乳腺癌近期生活质量的影响。 方法 收集2014年1月～2016年1月我院乳腺癌术后接受内分泌治疗的患者100例作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组50例，观察组采用他莫昔芬联合托瑞米芬治疗，对照组采用托瑞米芬治疗。比较两组治疗前后近期生活质量和孕激素、雌激素水平。两组治疗前后子宫内膜厚度。 结果 观察组和对照组治疗前孕激素、雌激素水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；观察组和对照组治疗后孕激素、雌激素水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组和对照组治疗前子宫内膜厚度水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；观察组和对照组治疗后子宫内膜厚度水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组和对照组治疗前生活质量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；观察组患者社会功能、躯体功能、心理功能、物质功能、总分等评分均明显高于对照组，且比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 相对于他莫普芬治疗乳腺癌术后的临床效果，他莫昔芬联合托瑞米芬在提高近期生活质量、孕激素水平，降低雌激素水平上更具有优势，而且对子宫内膜无不利影响。

Effects of tamoxifen combined with toremifene on recent quality of life in advanced breast cancer

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of tamoxifen combined with toremifene on the recent quality of life of advanced breast cancer. Methods 100 patients with endocrine therapy for postoperative breast cancer from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected，and randomly divided into observation group and control group，50 patients in each group.The patients of observation group were treated with tamoxifen combined with toremifene，the patients of control group treated with toremifene.The quality of life，progesterone and estrogen levels，endometrial thickness were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results There was no significant difference in progesterone and estrogen levels between the observation group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05).The levels of progesterone and estrogen were significantly different between the observation group and the control group after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in endometrial thickness between the observation group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05).The endometrial thickness were significantly different between the observation group and the control group after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the quality of life between the observation group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05).The scores of social function，physical function，psychological function，substance function and total score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Tamoxifen combined with toremifene for breast cancer after surgery compared to the clinical efficacy of tamoxifen has an advantage over the recent improvement in improving quality of life，increase progesterone levels and reduce estrogen levels，and had no adverse effect on the endometrium, 百拇医药(林伟强)
