耳鼻喉科患者术前术后护理(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探讨耳鼻喉科患者术前术后有效的护理模式。 方法 选择2014年7月~2015年12月我院耳鼻喉科收治的102例常见病手术治疗患者为研究对象,随机分为干预组与对照组,每组51例。对照组给予常规护理,干预组给予人性化护理干预。对比分析两组患者出院前焦虑情况及其满意度。 结果 入院时,两组患者焦虑状况无明显差异(P>0.05),出院前对两组患者焦虑情况再次评估,两组患者焦虑情况均有明显好转(P<0.05),并且干预组焦虑程度明显轻于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。出院时,对两组患者满意度进行调查评估,干预组满意度为98.04%,明显高于对照组86.27%,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=6.732,P<0.01)。 结论 人性化护理模式在耳鼻喉科的临床护理工作中效果显著, 可以减轻患者不良精神状况,同时还可提高满意度。人性化护理可以在耳鼻喉科的临床中广泛应用。

    Preoperative and postoperative care of patients in ear-nose-throat department

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the effective nursing mode in ear-nose-throat department before and after operation. Methods 102 patients with common diseases who were treated in ear-nose-throat department of our hospital from July 2014 to December 2015 were selected as the research object, and they were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, 51 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the intervention group was given the humanistic nursing intervention. Anxiety status and satisfaction of the two groups before discharge were compared and analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in anxiety between the two groups of patients on admission (P>0.05). The anxiety of the two groups was assessed again before discharge. Anxiety of two groups of patients were significantly improved (P<0.05), And the anxiety degree of the intervention group was significantly lighter than that of the control group, with statistical difference (P<0.05).The satisfaction of the two groups was investigated and evaluated at the time of discharge. The satisfaction of the intervention group (98.04%) was higher than 86.27% of the control group, and significant difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.732,P<0.01).Conclusion Effect of humanistic nursing mode in the department of ENT is remarkable, and it can reduce the patient's bad mental state, but also can improve satisfaction. Humanistic nursing can be widely used in clinical ear-nose-throat department.

    20世紀中期开始,耳鼻喉科逐步独立于“五官科”之外,耳鼻喉科特点之一是病种多而杂,操作难度大、风险事件发生率高[1-3]。随着护理的改革深入,护理工作越来越受到人们的关注,对护理水平要求越来越高。针对不同的护理对象、不同的阶层都采取人性化的护理方式,给予患者舒适的护理环境和医疗条件,在护理的基础上尊重患者及家属的权利与尊严[4],以人的健康为中心的护理模式正在被广大患者所接受。人性化护理干预不仅能达到解决健康问题,还可以提高患者及其家属满意度[5]。本研究随机选择2014年7月~2015年12月我院耳鼻喉科收治的51例手术治疗患者给予人性化护理,旨在探讨人性化护理模式在耳鼻喉科临床护理工作中的临床效果。具体报道如下。, http://www.100md.com(刘晓燕)
