【摘 要】目的：观察自拟除痹汤联合甲氨氨蝶呤治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。方法：将60例类风湿关节炎患者按随机数字表分为治疗组和对照组，每组30例。对照组给予甲氨蝶呤片口服治疗，每次10 mg，每周1次。治疗组在对照组的基础上加用自拟方除痹汤治疗。3个月为1个疗程，1个疗程后进行对比观察。结果：治疗组在晨僵时间、关节压痛数、关节肿胀数及红细胞沉降率、C-反应蛋白等疗效方面优于对照组

    (P<0.05)。结论：自拟除痹汤联合甲氨蝶呤片治疗类风湿关节炎疗效较好，值得推广应用。
