扶阳火艾灸治疗阳虚寒凝型膝骨关节炎临床观察(1)
【摘 要】目的：觀察扶阳火艾灸对阳虚寒凝型膝骨关节炎镇痛及阳虚症状改善的临床疗效。方法：将60例阳虚寒凝型膝骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组30例。治疗组给予扶阳火艾灸治疗，对照组给予塞来昔布胶囊治疗，2组均以4周为1个疗程。治疗结束后，采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分和Lequesne指数积分等评定2组临床疗效及各项评分。结果：治疗组临床治愈13例，显效12例，好转3例，无效2例，总有效率为93.33%；对照组临床治愈9例，显效10例，好转5例，无效6例，总有效率为80.00%。2组比较，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。治疗后，2组VAS评分和Lequesne指数积分较治疗前均明显改善(P < 0.01)，且治疗组优于对照组(P < 0.01)。治疗组阳虚证候评分治疗前后比较，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.01)；而对照组治疗前后比较，差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。结论：扶阳火艾灸对阳虚寒凝型膝骨关节炎有较好的治疗效果。

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Yang-deficiency-and-cold-coagulation Type Knee Osteoarthritis with Strengthening-yang Moxibustion

【ABSTRACT】Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of strengthening-yang moxibustion on yang-deficiency-and-cold-coagulation type knee osteoarthritis in relieving pain and improving yang deficiency.Methods：Sixty cases with yang-deficiency-and-cold-coagulation type knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group，30 cases in each.The treatment group was treated with strengthening-yang moxibustion，while the control group was given Celecoxib Capsules.Both groups were treated for four weeks.After the end of treatment，VAS method and Lequesne index score were used to establish the clinical efficacy and the scores of the two groups.Results：In the treatment group，13 cases were cured，12 cases were markedly effective，3 cases were improved，and 2 cases were ineffective，with a total effective rate of 93.33%.In the control group，9 cases were clinically cured，10 cases were markedly effective，5 cases were improved，and
6 cases were ineffective，with the total effective rate of 80.00%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After treatment，VAS score and Lequesne index scores of the two groups were significantly improved(P < 0.01)，and the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.01).The difference of yang deficiency syndrome scores of the treatment group before and after treatment was statistically significant
(P < 0.01)，while the difference of that in the control group before and after treatment was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).Conclusion：Strengthening-yang moxibustion has a better therapeutic effect on yang-deficiency-and-cold-coagulation type knee osteoarthritis.
