摘要：面对信息化、资源化的时代背景，医学图书馆应逐渐向以知识服务为中心的智库转型。通过对知识服务的内涵、智库的发展概况进行分析，提出面向知识服务的医学图书馆智库的定位三原则，即以知识服务为内涵的资源定位原则、结合医学图书馆特色的服务定位原则、学研兼顾的智库机制定位原则，旨在促进医学图书馆提高其软实力，保持竞争力，以适应时代需求。
