摘要：《脉镜须知》脉理切合临床，精练实用，但鲜有医家研读学习。本文从以明显之镜明深微之理，脉证(症)相参、不拘于脉，评辨脉象、视死别生3个方面，剖析其对中医脉诊研究和临床实践应用的指导意义，希望医者汲取精粹，领悟脉理，增加临证视野，以推进其临床应用。
